1. Who we are
Prior Safe Building Materials and Tools Trading LLC ("Prior Safe", "we", "us") is a wholesale supplier of safety equipment, hand tools, safety shoes, workwear and wire ropes, based at Shed 32, Jurf Industrial Area 1, Ajman, UAE. We run this website, priorsafellc.com, and we decide how the personal data described here is used.

2. The personal data we collect
Contact form
Full name, company name (optional), email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message.
Become a Dealer form
Full name, company name, emirate, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the product groups you are interested in, and your message (optional).
How the forms work
When you press the submit button, the details you entered are sent over an encrypted connection to our website, which emails them straight to ddev.chandrwanshi@priorsafellc.com, copied to nimish.gupta@priorsafellc.com, through our email provider. The website does not keep a copy of what you send.
To stop spam and abuse, the website keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and the times you submitted, for no more than one hour, so it can limit repeated submissions. If the website cannot send your message, your own email app opens instead with your details filled in, and we only receive them if you choose to send that email.
WhatsApp, email and phone
If you contact us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, we receive what you send us, such as your name, number, email address and message. WhatsApp buttons on this site open WhatsApp with a suggested message, which may include the address of the page you were viewing. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical details of each visit: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page you came from, and your browser and device type.
What we do not collect
We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not ask for payment details on this website.
3. Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and send quotes, prices and product information you ask for.
- To assess and manage dealer applications.
- To supply orders, deliver goods, invoice and provide after sales support.
- To keep this website secure, working properly and protected from misuse (server logs).
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations in the UAE.
We do not use your data for automated decision making, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), on the following grounds:
- Your consent, which you give when you choose to send us an enquiry, a dealer application or a message. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract, such as preparing a quote, and performing a contract with you.
- Complying with our legal obligations, for example keeping commercial and tax records.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:
- our email provider, which carries and stores our email;
- our website hosting provider, which runs the server and keeps its logs;
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there;
- delivery and logistics partners, when we deliver an order to you.
We may also disclose data where UAE law or a competent authority requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the PDPL allows for such transfers.
6. Third party services on this website
- Google Fonts. Our text fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser sends Google your IP address and basic browser details when you visit.
- Google Maps. The map on our Home and Contact pages is embedded from Google Maps. It loads when you scroll to it, and Google may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy.
- WhatsApp. Only involved if you follow a WhatsApp link.

7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to business: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Customer and dealer records, quotes, orders and invoices: at least seven years, as required by UAE tax law.
- Server logs: a short period, normally no more than 14 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Form rate limit records (hashed IP address and submission times): no more than one hour.
8. How we protect it
This website is served only over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to our email accounts and to the web server is limited to the people who need it and protected by passwords and security keys. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem occurs.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- be told what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;
- have your data erased when we no longer need it or have no lawful reason to keep it;
- restrict or stop our processing in the cases the law allows;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used format and have it sent to another provider;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email ddev.chandrwanshi@priorsafellc.com and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
10. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies of its own and does not use local storage to track you. The only cookies that may be set come from the embedded Google Maps on the Home and Contact pages.
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. In Chrome, Edge and Firefox look under Settings, then Privacy (or Privacy and security), then Cookies. In Safari go to Settings, then Privacy. Blocking cookies will not stop this website from working, though the embedded map may not load.
11. Children
This website is for businesses and trade buyers. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle personal data changes, for example if we add a new form or service. The date at the top and bottom of this page shows when it was last changed.
